The information that CrowdAlbum indexes via these third party APIs includes Source Platform, URL for shared image or video, user profile information including Username, User ID, full name, follower count, profile image URL, date the photo or video was shared, location at which photo was shared, including latitude and longitude, caption of photo or video, any hashtag(s) used in caption, any URL(s) included in caption, size & dimension of photo or video, engagement information of photo including Likes or Favorites. CrowdAlbum may share this potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information with employees, contractors, affiliated organizations, and partners, to be used only in accordance with the Terms of Service of the platform from which the information was obtained.
CrowdAlbum discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when CrowdAlbum believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of CrowdAlbum, third parties or the public at large. CrowdAlbum takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally- identifying information.
If CrowdAlbum and/or its assets were acquired in a legitimate business sale or transaction, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
